It pains me to give a two star because the hotel can be more livable if attention was paid to some details. And let me also say that if you are used to camping in the wild or staying in hostels, then this hotel will probably be acceptable to you. But, I will not return here again. Room 703, specifically, is just a stone throw away from the train tracks. They have double sliding doors which help but the noise goes on from morning 6am ish until late at night. If you are a light sleeper, forget this place. The entrance door arm mechanism is leaking oil badly and made the whole room smells. It is not healthy for you. There are spider webs but luckily no mosquitoes inside the room. The bathroom is clean and does not smell but it is very old. The shower walls bubble out but it was painted over. Water has good pressure but it wanes out to low and then comes out strong again every few minutes. It is hard to get warm water to shower because the water is either too cold or too hot. There’s no one at the front desk until after in the afternoon during check in time at 4pm. The air conditioning works well. There’s a one induction cooktop but you won’t feel like cooking anything here. There is a small fridge also. The hotel is a short walk from Yakuin Station and as you come out of exit 2 (?), there’s a grocery store and a 7/11. If you are looking for food variety, go to Hankyu department store basement floor B1 at Hakata Station. Compared to Osaka, Fukuoka is very underwhelming. The buildings are very...

The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. In fact, it is better than my home. The WiFi is fast, the location is super convenient, and the staff were kind. I also like the view, it is cool. The soundproofing and spaciousness is better than a...
