I called the night before for them to keep my baggages but upon arrival this morning, the staff refused to come down to help me with my bags. She says she can’t understand English and told me to just leave all my bags outside?!! She eventually came but was unhappy and gave me the cold shoulder! Seriously, I don’t need this kind of nonchalant and cold unwelcoming attitude! Makes me sick to my stomach! It’s disgraceful in the hospitality industry! She shamelessly and boldly makes her annoyance known towards her guests by sending them repeated emails! These emails were NOT friendly nor professional but extremely antagonising. Attached herewith is a screenshot of such emails depicting her being fed-up with tourists and guests like us which I have received. She gives us the cold shoulder the moment she arrives. Not a single greeting nor acknowledgment but you could literally feel her scrutiny from head to toe. She also refused to check us in on time at 3pm.
