Great location, however, very dirty - in fact the dirtiest I've seen in Japan.
We arrived with self check-in. Code did not work but staff helped us - fine. When we entered we saw the toilet was full with paper and someone else's hair and blocked. Also around the toilet and under the seat looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. We reported it and it was fixed that evening. However, the rest of the dirt around the toilet was not cleaned.
There was also grime on the table, hair all over the place and dust on eye level furniture. Extractor was clogged with dust.
We did see cleaners around but it seems that management needs to sort out the whole cleaning system.

It is good for people who do not expect any service but just sleeping over with an ease location out to shopping and meals. The best experience of the stay was the self check-in/out process. I did the advanced check in registration so the checking process was taken just one minute to get the door code with the tablet. But the toilet and bath space was quite small and no space for putting toiletries, no hanger for clothes or towels. If you drive, there are many parking lots around the hotel. i was tricked by the photos so i booked this place. it probably looks alright at night and it could be good for people who travel on budget and don’t care about the tidiness etc. room supplies are cheap stuff. because this is my first time booking a hotel in Fukuoka, i kinda didn’t know what i was looking at.
