Great location, however, very dirty - in fact the dirtiest I've seen in Japan. We arrived with self check-in. Code did not work but staff helped us - fine. When we entered we saw the toilet was full with paper and someone else's hair and blocked. Also around the toilet and under the seat looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. We reported it and it was fixed that evening. However, the rest of the dirt around the toilet was not cleaned. There was also grime on the table, hair all over the place and dust on eye level furniture. Extractor was clogged with dust. We did see cleaners around but it seems that management needs to sort out the whole cleaning system. We got a measly ¥1000 compensation for our troubles. Yes, it is cheap, but that should never be a trade off for cleanliness.

2024年11月19日〜21日まで宿泊しました。2泊ともトラブルがありもう2度と泊まりたくない。非常に不快でした。 ホテルの立地はいいですが部屋が前の人がいたままの様な状態でした。 ・トイレが汚れていて掃除されていない状態 ・トイレの便座に何本も髪の毛が落ちていて鼻をかんだちり紙みたいなものが落ちている ・机がジュースのこぼしてある形跡なのかベタベタ ・加湿器がカビだらけ ・ベッドに髪の毛、まつ毛みたいなものが落ちている ・2階のベッド脇が髪と埃がすごい ・壁に使用済みの絆創膏が付いていた 連絡を入れたのが夜だったため次の日に清掃し直すということで部屋の移動の提案などもありませんでした。 ２泊目はスズメバチが部屋にでて電話するも20分後位にホテルの方が来て処理。対応の遅さにガッカリしました。 返金の対応の連絡をしましたが清掃料金のみの対応で非常に残念でした。 今後私達の様な不快な思いをする方が出ない様に口コミ書かせていただきました。

3,4인실있음 따뜻한물 잘나옴, 수압 좋음 필요한물품(수건 등) 엘베앞에 다 있음 공항에서 숙소까지 택시타고 약30분거리 숙소에서 근처역까지 걸어서 5분 근처 편의점 있음 내부 인테리어가 콘크리트 노출형 히터 나오나 외벽쪽 방은 외풍이 강해 추움 겨울에 가본거라 모르겠지만 창문이 통창이라 여름에 에어컨 틀어도 개더울것같은 느낌.. 무인이라 굳이 대화가 필요하지 않음, 태블릿에 한국어 누르면 한국어로 볼 수 있음

During Japanese long weekend, this room was the best I could find. The unmanned hotel is located in small street. It is good for people who do not expect any service but just sleeping over with an ease location out to shopping and meals. The best experience of the stay was the self check-in/out process. I did the advanced check in registration so the checking process was taken just one minute to get the door code with the tablet. But the toilet and bath space was quite small and no space for putting toiletries, no hanger for clothes or towels. If you drive, there are many parking lots around the hotel. We parked at a storey parking lot where taken just one minute walk...

this is an unmanned hotel. self check in on the 2F with a tablet. it could be inconvenient for some people because i saw people just staring at the screen and could not progress.

i was tricked by the photos so i booked this place. it probably looks alright at night and it could be good for people who travel on budget and don’t care about the tidiness etc. room supplies are cheap stuff. because this is my first time booking a hotel in Fukuoka, i kinda didn’t know what i was looking at.
