Good location, but...①Difficult to clean etc. There were a lot of long hairs on the floor, toilet bowl, and bathtub, so I had to clean them myself after entering the room.At that time, there was dust, so I turned on the built-in air purifier to use it, but it wouldn't start. When I looked closely, I saw that the power cable was unplugged, so I looked for an outlet, but there was no outlet nearby. Also, I understand that cleaning preparations are being made at the time of check-out, but slippers as amenities were placed in front of each room at 9am.② Parking is difficultIt's behind the hotel, but the height of the vehicle is up to 150cm?I think it's 160-170 even for a light car, so it's impossible to park unless it's a sedan. In the end, I ended up parking in a different parking lot, but since it was a one-way street, I had to make a pretty big detour to park in a separate underground parking lot. When I arrived at the hotel, I looked at a certain hotel next door and saw a large car parked in a multi-storey parking lot.The fatigue from walking with all my luggage in the cold air...
Read moreRoom: Double room is good enough for 2 pax..not more! Cute small space to hang your clothes (need to ask for additional clothes hangers if you plan to stay longer than 3 days), it's open closet by the way. Bathroom has bathtub which is quite big compared to tubs in Tokyo. I love the water pressure and hot and cold shower. Complete amenities; shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, foam soap, shaving set, toothbrush kits, cottons, slippers, towels, and tea making facilities. If you're a coffee person, you need to buy from Excelsior Café or buy from convini stores near the hotel.||Location: Great location as it's near to both JR Kawasaki and Keikyu Kawasaki line, approx. 5-10mins walk. Malls are everywhere and surrounded by restaurants too.||Value: Indeed, I got a good rate for 8 nights stay compared to other hotels in the area which are quite far from train station.||Staff: Friendly English speaking staff! I esp love the room attendants, as they really do their job well! They kept the room very...
Read moreWe stayed at the deluxe twin room for 4 nights at a great value price compared to what you have to pay if staying at the Tokyo city area during this busy summer season. The room size was spacious and adequate for two people. The cleaning could be better, just the dust on the lamp posts that I need to wipe them clean. The ladies at the front desk were super nice. We enjoyed very much our stay at the hotel. The location is great, close to both Keikyu and JR train stations with lots of restaurants, super markets, and stores nearby. We found great bargain buys and cheap, delicious meals in Kawasaki. Tokyo is a little pricy and crowded to stay comfortably compared to what we paid in Kawasaki. Learned my lessons. The express trains can get you to central Tokyo in 20 mins. Even with paying the train fares daily, staying at Kawasaki is a much better and cheaper choice. I will definitely return to the hotel in my next...
