If you can get a deal on lodging like I did in December of 2024, book this. Unless you have physical limitations, the walk up to all the attractions is easy. In my case, the management let me stay in a nicer accommodation/upgraded due to availability at no additional charge. It was a large room with Western and Japanese elements, and it had a water view which is really nice at sunrise.

Parking is available, just use your Tokyo parking skills and you'll be fine. You can leave your car through the afternoon if they don't anticipate...
