This hotel is affordable and is in a good location, no matter which direction you head in, there's something for you. There is an abundance of restaurants, shopping malls and convienience stores and stations around that make it a 10 minute walk to most places. The theme of the hotel with each floor being a certain flower is a nice touch, and the front lobby has a nice aromatic smell that is welcoming, paired with the free amenities in plain view, such as teas (My favorite is Apple), body towels, moisturizers, disposable shavers and other small items. We had just spent a week in Osaka and were excited to use the bath/shower and just rest in our hotel room. It was all perfect until we got to our rooms. We discovered that the bathroom wasn't very clean and maintained. There was visible mold and dirt around the shower walls and crevices. The bathroom smells unless you turn on the ventilation and leave it running 24/7, which is also loud to a degree. As a result of this, we didn't use the bath at all, and we showered incredibly quick just to get out quickly. It wasn't a pleasurable experience.The cleaning services are also done every 3 days, NOT including the day you check in. So if you check in on the 1st, clean up is on the 4th. This means if your stay is shorter than that, you dont get your room cleaned at all (you still receive amenities via a bag daily). This meant our rubbish got full and we had to use our own bags as a second bin and that takes up space in the already narrow room. You don’t know how to respond and distort everything, such an evil hotel!!! I thought I can forget this my worst experience in Nagoya. But now I think your hotel worth nothing at all, I Really can’t believe you open your eyes to tell lies, you said I requested to change another bigger room???????? You didn’t accept advice instead you don’t deal with the smelly problem, you didn’t check my room has any problem ignore my problem and refused to refund my money, finally you didn’t admit you have problem and won’t give you any star if the system allows!!!! Your so called hotel is the worst hotel I’ ve ever seen! This is a big and only stain in my NAGOYA trip!!! No matter what problem your hotel has, staff will just ignore it and never accept refund even if this is their problem! This is my kind reminder to all travellers! Edit: no matter what you do, it is hard to sleep in this room I had, probably is the same with the rest of the hotel. It is soooo loud outside, loud cars and bikes, even people laughter woke me up as if they were in the room, at 4am, 5am then 6am trucks or bulldozer sounds penetrate the room even with the windows closed! If you want to sleep in piece and not get annoyed by the loud noises don't pick this hotel, there is something fundamentally wrong with the sound proofing. Changed rating to 2 stars.

Meh, I would have rated it 5 stars if the AC was working, some hotels disable AC during winter, I am here during march, was indeed cold, but in the room it gets kind of warm sometimes and the only way to have some cold air is through the window, but then all kinds of smells enter the room, be it food cooking or sewers. Another thing is people are so loud on the streets, it was 4am and there were lots of people and yelling and laughing and some loud exhaust sounds. All would have been avoided if I had the option of AC.

I like the fact that they have YouTube in their TV, my kid loved it.

Bathroom is spacious relatively, the room is ok as well.

Location wise it is very bad, the subway is around 800m walking, and then some walking in the station as well. Bus stops are closer but then the wait sometimes can be long.
