They do require a reservation, so do that in advance (I didn't but luckily, they had an opening in 1 hour.) Totally worth the wait. The staff is friendly & the dogs are so cute & fun. The dogs are really cute. But first of all: this is not a cafe. It’s just two plain rooms with some benches. We came in the afternoon and the dogs seemed very sleepy. Even though the staff was very friendly and the place was clean, the dogs were clearly not interested in getting touched all the time. Staff woke them up a couple of times so they would interact though. There was no place for the dogs to relax in quiet, especially in the last 15 minutes when all of them were forced to stay in one room with the guests. They also get trained to urinate and poo in a specific corner upstairs. I can only hope they have enough time outdoors every day. The visit made us a little sad to be honest. ☹️ but maybe that’s just how these “cafes”...
