Shimizu City Hotel — Hotel in Shizuoka

It is a conveniently located hotel next to Shimuzu JR station and very close by to Shin Shimuzu local train station. The rooms are very convenient and spacious enough. It is also sorrounded by Mc Donalds, Lawson convenience store, Post office, Seiyu - a big shopping mall etc - all within 200m radius. You can also go to the shopping street next to the hotel and you will get all but few.||You can get taxi just in front of the hotel round the clock since JR station is next to it.||Especially for Indians who wants to take Indian cuisine can go to near by Dream plaza where one of the good Indian hotel is located. It is just in walking distance (or) you can take taxi also and you will pay just not more than the minimum fare...

Excellent place to stay for business. Very close to station and close to convenient store and eating places. Staff are very efficient and you can nominate when you want your room cleaned. Fresh towels and green tea top up everyday regardless. If you are working in your room, its perfect. There is a great bakery in the shopping mall called "funny bunny". Does the best baguettes there. I stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is maybe 50 meters from the train station. There are pleanty of restaraunts in the area, and a shuttle bus to the mall from the station. Shizuoka is maybe 10 minutes by train away. The room wasa a typical Japanese hotel, it was small by American standards, but normal size in Japan. It was clean and easy to naviagte.
