This wasn't my first choice of accommodation in Yunomine, I ended up there because the place I chose was already fully booked. It was the worst of all my accommodations in the Kumano Kodo and the most expensive. ||The place is nice, a little dated and not the cleanest. It has an outside onsen which was really nice. My room was ok as well. The japanese style showers are downstairs but my room was upstairs. 'the wifi only works downstairs which isn't a problem for me but it's worth mentioning. ||I arrived in the afternoon and had to leave early the next morning so the owner told me he couldn't provide breakfast for me, even though I had already paid for it. ||I can't comment on the food as I am a vegetarian and they don't cater for it and wouldn't adjust the menu so I couldn't eat any of my dinner.||I felt like their customer service wasn't up to standard and I didn't feel welcome or comfortable as I did in all the other places I've stayed in Japan. ||I wouldn't stay there again.
