The cleaning policy of this hotel is to clean it every 3 days after check-in, so my room was only cleaned once in 6 nights. And ignore trash other than trash cans. Because paper boxes and beverage bottles take up a lot of space, when the trash can was full, I took another bag to store the garbage, and placed it next to the trash can, but it was left as it was without cleaning it.There is no complete quilt cover, just a single sheet-type quilt cover to keep out dirt, and it cannot be fixed, so if you sleep a little differently, it is very likely that this quilt cover will shift and come into direct contact with the quilt. Is this really hygienic? If the above is okay, then the following safety issues are really intolerable. On the fifth night of my stay, at 3:30 in the morning, I was awakened by a knock on the door. I was alone and did not dare to get close to see what was going on outside. The loud drinking stopped and started again within two minutes. I hurriedly called the front desk, but the staff did not respond. I immediately came up to check the situation and had no choice but to call 110. The police arrived more than 20 minutes later and said they saw no suspicious persons. The process of knocking on the door and trying to open my room lasted for fifteen or six minutes. I asked to see the surveillance, and the hotel staff said that this hotel only has surveillance in the public areas on the first floor, not in each corridor. I asked to see the elevator surveillance on the first floor, but was refused. The reason is that the elevator does not have floor access control and does not require swiping a card, so every hotel guest can freely enter and exit each floor. There is no point in checking the surveillance. The front desk staff claimed that they came to me immediately after receiving the call. After I said that the knocking on the door lasted for more than ten minutes, he changed his story and said that because the front desk was dealing with the problem of drunk guests at the time, he was delayed for a while and did not come immediately. The police were also perfunctory, thinking that a certain guest had found the wrong room, so they registered my identity information and let it go. The hotel is right on the side of the road. If you don't need to swipe your card to go upstairs and there is no surveillance on the floor, wouldn't it mean that non-resident guests can come and go at will? Where are the...
Read moreThe hotel room looks renovated recently, it was a tatami room in the 14th floor, looks where very nice.||From arrival there was no possibility to early check inn, even offered for parents with children we were very tired after a long flight and the front desk just said no early check in without not even making an effort to see if a room was available. Staff speak very little English.||Biggest problem is the dirtiness, the room felt dusty from the first moment. On the first night my 5 months baby started sneezing frequently, we thought it was an allergy but after 3 days going on an about in Tokyo we realize she didn't sneeze outside, only in the room.||I then inspected the room better, there was piles of dust in corners, behind beds, on top of TV and lamps, behind curtains, the carpet on the entrance was the worst. The bathroom was not clean also, there was mold growing in the bathtub joints with the wall and in the sink. The in-room refrigerator was also moldy.||We then complained to the front desk and asked to deep clean (in Japanese and English), they cleaned the bathtub mold, and the air filter, but still there was hair and dust accumulating in the corners. I then complained to night staff manager and he offered a new room but he wanted to check, from my room I could hear the managers cleaning the next room, when they offered I then checked and showed that there was still parts with dust and mold, they cleaned a bit more and apologized saying that the room will be better cleaned next day.||Deep cleaning never happened on the following days even we complained every day. One day they left us a vacuum in our room to clean ourselves (I took this as a mistake, but it was clearly for us to deal with the dirt). They offered breakfast tickets as compensation, we tried the breakfast one day and never came back, the breakfast was so bad that even as free I prefer to eat somewhere else. ||The manager has apologized by email and offered to return about 100$ of the cleaning fee (from a reservation we have paid more than 1000$), we have not yet seen the refund after 10 days.||Good things, location is very good and Wifi...
Read moreThe service was terrible. I booked a room for two nights but the staff who helped me with the check-in was so rude. I don't know his name but he looks like in his 20s and he was working at the front desk on 05/Feb/2023 around 3-4pm. Even if it was an international hotel, he couldn't speak nor understand English at all. That was okay for me at first. But what made me mad was when I asked him to change the reservation to under my mom's name since I had to leave Tokyo the next day and my mom had to check in with her passport, he couldn't understand what I asked for at all. And he was keep asking me to talk to the google translator over and over again. So I explained the same problem like 4times and he seemed like didn't get it at all. So I asked for a different staff since he seems like cannot understand at all, but instead of trying to do something, he said with an annoying face, "that's not possible" through google translator. And he "threw" a note at me to write down my name. Even worse, he was keep mumbling something to himself in Japanese that I cannot even understand! But what's worse, when my mom tried to check in the next day, it turned out he didn't change the name! I explained to him like 10 times! He just ignored what I asked for because he cannot understand English. Hotel is for travelers. I have never met that kind of rude staff in a hotel. I was enjoying my trip in Tokyo but he ruined everything. He needs to learn that that was not okay. Also there were 4 more staffs around but nobody even bothered to help us at all. That was so so so...
