LOISIR HOTEL SHINAGAWA SEASIDE — Hotel in Tokyo

I stayed here from march 13-21st 2024. The hotel seems to be a business hotel but they also take regular guests. The rooms are small but thats expected in Tokyo. The location is fantastic if youre coming in from Haneda airport. It has a bus and taxi station right infront of the hotel. Right under the hotel is shinagawa seaside station so super easy and convenient to get on the trains. Right behind is a shopping center with two combinis ( Lawsons and 7-11) it has an aeon shop ( kinda like a walmart if youre from the states, but nicer) has a couple restaurants, starbucks, makeup shop, dollar store all there literally steps from the hotel. Hospital within 7 minutes and a clinic within the hotel bldg if needed. The staff was amazing and polite. We first got placed into a smoking floor and I ended up having an asthma attack so we asked to be moved to a smoke free floor and they obliged immediately. The hotel has central access ac that is controlled by the staff. We were rather warm in our room(17th floor) until we were moved to the 19th floor then it was great nice and cool! The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast buffet for a small amount ($25 for two people). We were so happy with the service and politeness of the staff we got some chocolates for the lady that always attended us with a smile and helped with the room change. Very good location close to Haneda Airport. There are multiple bus stops around the block, as well as the Shinagawa seaside underground. Shinagawa mainstation is 15-20 minutes by bus or metro. The "oval garden" is right outside of the building. Around it you can find a Lawsons, family mart and 7-11 as well as several other shopping options. The room is a decent size for Tokyo. It was clean and had a view down to the oval garden. The common area near the reception has a beautiful view of the harbor. There's also a ping pong table and a designated smoking room with added ventilation. The internet was strong and stable during my entire stay. Coffee, tea, newspapers, and several other amenities are provided 24/7 near the room elevators. Lastly the staff is very friendly and speak some English. Overall I'd recommend staying here next time...
