They were in the second floor, only accessible by stairs; so we had to carry our heavy suitcases. We arrived around 9PM and the restaurant was closed already, so we had to go out for dinner. We couldn't have the included breakfast either because they only offer traditional Japanese breakfast, and our kids did not like it. The rooms were big but old and not well maintained.
