正直に言って、日本中あちこちの居酒屋に行ってきました。北海道の北から、東京、大阪、名古屋、札幌まで。でも、ここは間違いなく今までで一番の居酒屋でした。

最初はちょっと観光客向けのお店かな…と正直疑ってました。でも、全然違いました。本当に素晴らしい、心のこもったお店でした。

料理のクオリティ、サービス、そして日替わりの特別メニュー、どれをとっても他にはないレベル。まさに職人の技と情熱を感じる料理ばかりで、一品一品に感動しました。

そして何より、シェフがとても気さくで親切。まるで常連のように温かく迎えてくれて、本当に居心地が良かったです。この店はただのレストランじゃなく、愛情が詰まった特別な場所だと感じました。
