The name of this ryokan is spelt Mujinzo everywhere else except on tripadvisor so maybe this is the reason it does not have any recent reviews on this site because tripadvisor has made a spelling mistake?? We had a one night stay and chose this ryokan because it had private onsens and it was affordable unlike some of the other accommodation in Yufuin. We found it clean and comfortable with a wonderful, rustic, private onsen attached to the room. We had difficulty finding the ryokan, despite using GPS, as it is tucked away off the street and there is no obvious sign. However, when we finally found it, we were welcomed in a friendly manner with a cool drink and a sweet. We had a half board booking which included a delicious 12 course dinner (most dishes were Japanese) and a delightful Japanese style breakfast. The futons were quite comfortable with fluffy doonas. The wifi was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend...

It was perfect stay with great hospitality.||||Room: Big, relaxing and beautiful. 1 tatami bedroom and 2 rooms with fusion of Japanese tradition and western modern.||||Hot Spring: Private onsen in room is cozy and comfortable.
