御宿なか屋 — Local services in Yufu

Stayed here for 2 nights and it’s right in the middle of the main attractions - Yunotsubo Kaido street, Lake Kinrin, Floral Village.

20~25 minutes walk from Yufuin station. Location is really convenient and isn’t difficult to navigate via google maps.

It’s a family owned ryoken and the room’s clean and comfortable which my family and I slept well during our stay. We like to sit at the small table where the window is as we can a look outside while eating our snacks and chitchat.

There’s no lift so you need to take note if you’ve heavy luggage.

They have onsen which you can choose from family, female and male. I love their shampoo and conditioner. It makes your hair smelling nice and glossy! I didn’t take a photo of it as it’s inside the onsen.

Breakfast is simple and nice.

My mum and I did 1hour massage which you’ll pay to the masseuse. They press your focal point which helps to release your tension in the body. We enjoyed the massage and our body knots were being released. It was a relaxing massage that I almost fell asleep during the massage and slept well after...

The ryokan is about 10 mins walk from yufuinn station. Just follow main road all the way till you see a road junction before the Snoopy shop, and make a right turn. It's one of the buildings either 3 or 4 structure down the junction. Lake kirin is about 5 mins walk.||Ryokan has an indoor and outdoor Onsen. This hotel is amazing! Hygiene is the no.1 item I considerate when living abroad. This hotel is super clean. The staff are so friendly. The food is really delicious.
