One of my favorites from this visit! I'm not big on mushrooms unless it's on a pizza or as a pasta ingredient - I normally don't enjoy eating it on its own. I ordered the one with cheese, with a splash of shoyu, and some nori flakes. めっちゃうまい！The mushroom itself was savory and the texture was that of a firm sheet of lasagna. Would have gone back for a second helping but our bus needed to go.
