Delicious and affordable.

A much deserved visit after strolling around the area looking for old temples and all things traditional.

The staff were very keen to offer help in English despite that as tourists it is actually our responsibility to know and study the Japanese language to meet them halfway (or full if need be). You can't just waltz in and expect everyone to speak in English.

Interior was clean and comfortable, staff was super friendly and nice. The wagyu beef was delicious! The meats melts in my mouth. The sets comes with soup, some veggies and rice, for ladies I think it’s just right but for a guy I think a little more would have been better. The beef set was 5500yen, I think it’s more on an expensive side. You could have found some others with abit cheaper options. Also I have saw some past reviews, seems like they increased the price twice...

The restaurant was totally understaffed. There were only two ladies serving all the customers on the day of my visit. Not sure if it’s because of that, one of the ladies became very rude and impatient and shouted at customers while ordering. This is really so disappointing. I would say this is the worst customer experience I have ever had in a restaurant in Japan. The food is ok but I would not recommend it to others unless the restaurant can improve...
