Hotel Utopia Naeba — Hotel in Yuzawa

My parents and I stayed here from 19 to 27 Jan 2024. We feel so lucky to check-in in this hotel. The reasons being are: The hotel rooms are so clean, beautiful and cosy as the hotel is newly renovated. Walking distance to the Naeba ski resort/ Prince Hotel Naeba as the hotel is located literally right opposite them. Walking distance from the Seibu Village bus stop and to some nearby popular restaurants. The hosts and staff are very nice and helpful. We feel home during our stay here. Stayed for 2 nights to snowscoot at Kagura. The room and facilities were very clean and all the staff were very friendly. Breakfast and dinners were excellent and very satisfying. The first dinner was all-you-can-eat Chanko Nabe and the second dinner has stewed Beef Hamburg with consommé soup and salad. Wi-Fi connection was good and fast enough. Location is great right next to Naeba Ski resort. Local liquor shop is around the corner and the local onsen, Yukisasa-no-yu is 2 minutes away. Plan to come back soon...

良かったです。 友達4人で一部屋利用させてもらいました。 1泊5、6000円程度で正直安さ重視で決めました。 レビューだけを見ていると、良くないイメージですが、実際泊まってみるとその良さが分かると思います。

まずは、立地がとても良いです。 宿から南ゲートのチケット売り場まで5分くらいしかかからなかったと思います。 以前、他の宿にも泊まりましたがゲレンデに着くまでに少し疲れてしまうぐらい距離があったので、ゲレンデから近いってのは嬉しいですね。 悪天候だと尚更大変です。

お風呂は少し熱い程度で清潔でしたよ。 お部屋も綺麗でした。

ご飯は朝夕食おかわり自由で美味しかったです。 僕が1番良いと思ったところは、夕食の鍋です。 疲れた身体に染み渡る程良い味付けの出汁に、おかわりの時もサービス精神豊富でお肉を多めに入れてもらい、食べ盛りの僕らには最高でした。 オーナーご家族とスタッフさん、とても親切でした。

ロビーには漫画がたくさんあり、無料でコーヒーも頂けちゃいます。 友達と懐かしのゲーム機で盛り上がれました。 それと、その時気付いたのですが机の上にノートが置かれていて、その中には良かった事や不満に思った事、他のお客さんからのコメントが書いてあり、それに対して1文1文宿からの返事などが書かれていました。 そのノートを読んでいて、ここまでお客さんに親身になさってる宿はなかなか無いなとほっこりした気持ちになり、良かったと思います。

レンタル用品も豊富で、スタッフさんが色々と教えてくださり、滑りが調子悪いと相談したら、ワックス掛けや調整など丁寧に対応して頂けました。 1日1500円で格安ですし、次の日の滑りは絶好調でした。
