Located centrally, if u like that kind of busy and local vibes, as far as the amenities and cleanliness, breakfast spread, I felt the hotel can do better.|The room that I was given (207) was overlooking the AC outdoor units of the opposite rooms :( having me close the curtains all the time that I stayed there (2nights)|The room was small, enough for 2 people. The safe deposit is locked which I felt is not necessary. Keep it open so that the guest start to use it without having to call the reception for help. |I had trouble with leaky faucet, it flooded the bathroom making the floor mats soaking wet. The guy attended to it immediately though, however, the hotel needs to upgrade a bit in these things.|The breakfast is from 7-10 but by 9:07 most of the items in the buffet is over. I am vegetarian and it’s already very hard to find things for me and unfortunately the grilled vegetables that was there at the menu, was already done and I had to scrape off the last oily small chunks of Cauliflower, zucchini, again super oily and egg plant(not a fan). I did ask the 2 people that were around if we could get more of the vegetables or a refill but they denied.I had the last 4 pieces of toast and it was done. I am not sure about the people that came after me. Omelette station was there and could get when asked.|Front office is very efficient...
Read moreUnfortunately Google does not allow me to rate this hotel with more than 5 stars. My experience was so good. To be honest I did not expect that until I tried myself.
The hotel is brand new (opened in 2022), very clean, very tidy, well equipped with whatever you need, the rooms are furnished with fabulous furniture, strong internet wi-fi connection and coverage every where, the rooms are well sound isolated from city noise and provide a comfortable calm sleeping environment, the location of the hotel is in the old amman city center and very close to the local market, whatever you need can be brought from shops with less than one-minuite walking. The breakfast foods and drinks are extremely delicious. All the staff and the administrative employees are kind and very polite and helpful. Especially Mr. Ammar.
The hotel is a 4-star hotel. The provided services to the customers are more than the paid money. Finally, I can easily recommend this hotel to be your 1st option when going to Amman. Best luck to all. Haitham...
Read moreThis is a modern hotel in the heart of Ammans downtown area. It's very close to the amphitheatre and an uphill climb to the citadel. It's also next to a beautiful mosque which was closed for repairs when we visited. The hotel is on the main road and sits between two small streets which are full of markets for all sorts of fresh foods - great to pop in for pastries!
The rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. Although on the main road the windows block nearly all traffic and so it was peaceful.
We visited in the first week of ramadhan and the hotel kindly provided a suhoor meal instead of breakfast on request. Special thanks to Ahmad for arranging suhoor in restaurant on 7th floor rather than a box meal in the room. This did add to the ramadhan experience! Thank you to the chef who was able to prepare suhoor especially for us.
Ahmad also provided great information on where to eat locally. All sttaff were friendly and helpful.
All in all a great stay - a good base for those wanting to experience local shopping...
