Stayed there for 1 night , booked through Agoda , when I saw outside of the hotel I was shocked and devastated since it is located in the heart of the downtown, and its smelly due to sewers nearby, but once you step your foot inside , no smell at all. My room was super deluxe double in the 4th floor. It is very luxurious to a 3 star hotel. There is water kettle, green and black tea , and nescafe all complimentary. The bathroom is very clean but light smell from outside might sneak in the morning. Towels are clean , no blow dryer. There are 4 hangers inside the closet , no slippers of course since it is a 3 star hotel, pillows were very comfortable I had a really good deep sleep. No noise at all, which was surprising since the hotel is in the busy downtown. Staff were very helpful and friendly and they are very responsive to complaints especially Nader , he was very polite and cooperative. Definitely will visit again when I visit Jordan and recommend to friends.

My stay was short but wonderful. The hotel organized airport pick up for me, and the driver was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. At reception, although I forgot his name, the staff member was exceptionally nice and spoke fluent English. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful; Ahmad and Nadar provided me with information about Amman and its surroundings. Good location, waking distance from the Roman theatre. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the interior was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious – definitely worth the money. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Fantastic location. Just a few steps away from the heart of downtown and around the corner from the Roman theatre. There’s also an atm cash point next door which is handy. Room was big with good ac and shower. The hotel itself is clean and well presented. However be aware that the nearby streets are a bit grim as it’s next to the vegetable market with all its waste. Although that’s also part of the charm of being in downtown.

Located centrally, if u like that kind of busy and local vibes, as far as the amenities and cleanliness, breakfast spread, I felt the hotel can do better.|The room that I was given (207) was overlooking the AC outdoor units of the opposite rooms :( having me close the curtains all the time that I stayed there (2nights)|The room was small, enough for 2 people. The safe deposit is locked which I felt is not necessary. Keep it open so that the guest start to use it without having to call the reception for help. |I had trouble with leaky faucet, it flooded the bathroom making the floor mats soaking wet. The guy attended to it immediately though, however, the hotel needs to upgrade a bit in these things.|The breakfast is from 7-10 but by 9:07 most of the items in the buffet is over. I am vegetarian and it’s already very hard to find things for me and unfortunately the grilled vegetables that was there at the menu, was already done and I had to scrape off the last oily small chunks of Cauliflower, zucchini, again super oily and egg plant(not a fan). I did ask the 2 people that were around if we could get more of the vegetables or a refill but they denied.I had the last 4 pieces of toast and it was done. I am not sure about the people that came after me. Omelette station was there and could get when asked.|Front office is very efficient...

Unfortunately Google does not allow me to rate this hotel with more than 5 stars. My experience was so good. To be honest I did not expect that until I tried myself.

The hotel is brand new (opened in 2022), very clean, very tidy, well equipped with whatever you need, the rooms are furnished with fabulous furniture, strong internet wi-fi connection and coverage every where, the rooms are well sound isolated from city noise and provide a comfortable calm sleeping environment, the location of the hotel is in the old amman city center and very close to the local market, whatever you need can be brought from shops with less than one-minuite walking. The breakfast foods and drinks are extremely delicious. All the staff and the administrative employees are kind and very polite and helpful. Especially Mr. Ammar.

The hotel is a 4-star hotel. The provided services to the customers are more than the paid money. Finally, I can easily recommend this hotel to be your 1st option when going to Amman. Best luck to all. Haitham...

This is a modern hotel in the heart of Ammans downtown area. It's very close to the amphitheatre and an uphill climb to the citadel. It's also next to a beautiful mosque which was closed for repairs when we visited. The hotel is on the main road and sits between two small streets which are full of markets for all sorts of fresh foods - great to pop in for pastries!

The rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. Although on the main road the windows block nearly all traffic and so it was peaceful.

We visited in the first week of ramadhan and the hotel kindly provided a suhoor meal instead of breakfast on request. Special thanks to Ahmad for arranging suhoor in restaurant on 7th floor rather than a box meal in the room. This did add to the ramadhan experience! Thank you to the chef who was able to prepare suhoor especially for us.

Ahmad also provided great information on where to eat locally. All sttaff were friendly and helpful.

All in all a great stay - a good base for those wanting to experience local shopping...
