Luxury palace hotel — Hotel in Amman

I recently stayed at this hotel while traveling alone for medical treatment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff from security to The manger went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease, thanks to their warm and welcoming demeanor.

As a solo traveler, especially under medical circumstances, I was a little apprehensive, but the hotel team made sure I had everything I needed. The staff were incredibly attentive, always checking in to ensure my comfort without being intrusive. They offered thoughtful assistance, from helping with transportation to providing quiet, peaceful spaces to relax.

The room was quiet, clean, and perfect for my needs, with everything set up for maximum relaxation and convenience. The staff also made sure that my meals were delivered on time when I asked to be sent to my room that I had everything to support my treatment process, which made such a difference.

I truly appreciated how considerate everyone was, always making sure I felt safe and looked after. Their kindness and attention to detail made my solo stay a much smoother and more enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone traveling alone and needing extra care...

I spent my 1st anniversary at The Luxury Palace Hotel, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning, creating the perfect time for a special occasion. Our room was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and beautifully maintained.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and polite, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. They helped us with everything we needed and even offered us a wonderful room to make our celebration even more special.

The rooms were huge. I have got the corner suite that would fit 4 beds and suitcases. The condition of the furniture was run down/ basic/ low quality.

The room rate - I believed it was fair as it apparently the hotel used by tour operators. It was totally appropriate for groups as they arrange buffets (1/2 board).

The food and beverage were simplest and just enough. This was the most basic I had over 2 weeks tour.

The staff was courteous though and this is the biggest plus point.
