I had the absolute privilege of dining under the care of Chef Jeremy Omar during my stay at the hotel in September 2025. at I can honestly say it was one of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had!

Every dish was perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavour. The effort he put into each dish really came through in the flavour and I’m still thinking about those meals now!

What truly set Chef Jeremy apart, though, was the exceptional level of care and attention. I have specific dietary requirements, and not only did he go out of his way to accommodate them, but he also created dishes that felt thoughtful, indulgent, and every bit as delicious as the rest of the menu.

If you ever have the opportunity to experience Chef Jeremy’s cooking, don’t hesitate. It’s more than a meal, it’s a true culinary experience you won’t forget!
