Hotel Denis — Hotel in Pristina

Spent four night at Denis Hotel in March/April, which was a great experience! Immediately upon check-in, I was guided to my room by the receptionist who also showed me how to operate the TV, the highly modern shower etc. My first impression was that the people there were extremely helpful - just like everyone else I met in Kosovo!

The cleaners were very helpful, and always smiling and wondering if I was okay. The hotel also operates a restaurant in the neighbouring building, Chalet Denis, which I also recommend. You can order a pizza and a soft drink for around five Euros - practically nothing!

I really enjoyed my stay at Denis Hotel, and would love to re-book the next time I visit Kosovo.

The room was spacious and we had a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. |The staff was really nice but unfortunately there was a few things that was not as promised. We didn’t get any cleaning for 3 days and they told us it was because they were busy. Still after that they didn’t clean the room and we were told we had to ask for it. ||The tv didn’t work and it says on the website it will take 5 min to go to the city center, which is not true as it takes approximately 20 minutes. down a steep and dusty road. I have no doubts that this hotel is the best in the city. We stayed here for 3 nighs;, we were given a very spacious and tastefully decorated triple room that we absolutely loved, with a a Swedish shower in the bathroom and really comfortable beds. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. The wifi works very well and we even watched some UEFA matches on the TV in our room. The public areas of the hotel are also very clean and well-kept. It was a joy to be looked after by Donika at reception, as she was so friendly and welcoming to us at all times.
