Worst experience in Pristina. We visited the restaurant on Saturday to ask about making a reservation for Christmas Eve (24 Dec). The waitress told us the kitchen would close at 9 PM, so if we wanted dinner, we should reserve before that time. We booked a table for 8 PM and arrived on time.

A different waiter served us, and he was very rude. He threw the napkins, drinks, and other items on the table. When we asked about his behavior, he said he was sick. We decided to give the place a chance and ordered drinks and food to share.

The waiter gave us menus for drinks, finger food, and main courses. However, when we started to order, he told us the kitchen was already closed and only finger food was available. We were very disappointed because we had come early to have a proper dinner. Since we were already there, we ordered some food to share.

The waiter was unfriendly and brought the food very late. We asked him for more napkins, but he never brought them, so we had to ask someone who we thought was the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was also unfriendly.

Later, we asked for water, but it took over 15 minutes for the waiter to come. He "took the order," but the water never arrived. After waiting for 20 more minutes, we decided to ask for the bill. The waiter didn’t come to take the payment, so we approached the door because nobody was paying attention to us.

Imagine having such a terrible experience on Christmas Eve, a time meant for happiness and sharing with family. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Very...

The ambiance is so great. You can hear the bell of the church. But the staff was so relevant. I entered with my huge backpack and sat down at a table which was in front of them but no one came. I tried to order two times after that they helped. When they’re communicating they are pretty well and helpful but it’s hard to get their attention. I observed that they only did the same for foreign customers. One couple waited for someone to come, but Since no one was coming they left. After that, I realize staff was talking about them… I didn't understand what they were talking...

Ambience is really nice but the food is absolutely mediocre with high prices and very rude waiter saying "I don't cook the food I just place the order, what do you want me to do". It's a shame cause that's how they loose their own tips. My eggs royale had a cold out of the fridge tasteless holandaise sauce, the burger and sandwiches were the 1€ quality ones and you end up paying triple or quadruple the price. Just have drinks but don't bother with the food here and don't expect nice waiters, maybe selective to the vips...
