NOYA Prishtina — Restaurant in Pristina

Dont go here- BUT IF YOU GO LOWER YOUR EXPECTATIONS. I went here on a first date, had to call 6-7 times for reservation, on a weekday they answer and they say you a time you MUST appear. If you are lucky that is because probably they wont even answer. This place is elitist, if you go please do everything right if you don’t want to end up outside. But if you get in and get to order, the drinks were good but the food is mediocre at best. The service is slow. The interior looks amazing but the prices are abnormal and they will get from you 100-500% profit on everything. And for the end, imagine this, Kosova is one of the poorest country in Europe and average wage is 500-800€ depending where you live, and the great minds of Prishtina upper class open a condescending pretending to be like in the movie Eye Wide Shut rooftop restaurant, for turists and their friends; its a scam. If you are from Kosova and want to try this place once, dress nice, make sure you reserve it, preferably go on a weekday, spend up to 50€ max., take you IG pictures and forget you ever came. But if you are a turist and you dont have a reservation, don’t ruin your night. Go to a club, the prices are going to be similar if not cheaper in a club. Go to a good restaurant instead. (like Soma) I hate the fact that all of that amazing interior and beautiful rich view of Prishtina is wasted on such bad service and pretentious establishment. I only gave it a two star...

Irecently visited Noya Restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, I left deeply disappointed. Despite the restaurant’s popularity, the service was absolutely unacceptable.

We waited an incredibly long time just to be acknowledged by the staff, and when we finally did get the attention of our waiter, we were shocked by the response. Instead of an apology or an update, we were told, “You came by your own will, so you should wait.” This level of rudeness is completely unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome.

In fact, we never even got the chance to order our food. After such a negative experience, we decided to leave without dining. I truly hope management addresses these issues, as no one should be treated this way, no matter how busy the...

Very disappointed with our experience at noya prishtina. The lady on the phone told us that elegant dress was required, which was taken for granted and not said on the phone. This is taking people for stupid. As if we were going to come to a place like this in training. Worse still, when we arrived at the restaurant, the men were not at all elegant, in training gear and shorts. Then the service was cruelly unprofessional, especially for a place that claims to be stuffy and with prices like that. Out of 5 dishes, 2 were forgotten and we had to wait 45 minutes for the 2 missing dishes. The staff were totally disorganised and not attentive to their customers. Very disappointed with this place, which claims to be stylish but is pitiful....
