Arthouse — Hotel in Karakol City

I was recommended this establishment by a friend whilst in Altyn-Arashan. And as such I opted to book three nights. As an overview, I was extremely impressed with this business, and felt very comfortable in, and around the property which is within walking distance of the central aspects of Karakol. The interior was tastefully furnished with a comfortable kitchen-come-lounge area, and a new, clean and modern bathroom and toilet/laundry space. The property has a very pleasant vibe with a pretty garden, on-site parking, and english-speaking and professionally competent hosts. I would thoroughly recommend this guest house, and hope to return again one day. Nurdin, the host, together with his lovely wife and family welcomed us in his house and made everything feel so special. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, lovely garden. You can have dinner in the house for a more than reasonable price and you'll eat the healthiest kirgi meals. You can pick apricots from the tree if you want. You can leave your luggage in the house if you're planning to leave for a multi-day trekking in the mountains. When you'll be back you will be welcomed again in the warmest way. I loved everything about my stay at Arthouse. First off, it was quiet and the bed was comfy. The shared kitchen and bathroom was available all the time. Nurdin was so kind and I enjoyed seeing him, his fathers, and other locals’ paintings around the property. He gave so many travel tips. He offered for me to leave my baggage during my trek but I did not end up needing to. The value for what you pay is excellent. What an absolutely welcoming and warm family.
