Oimo Hotel Karakol — Hotel in Karakol City

This hotel is very new, and may have not yet worked out its kinks. It aims to be the style of a Japanese business hotel, but leaves a bit to the imagination. Particularly the service is not up to par, breakfast left a lot to be desired and wasn’t clear where to get clean bowls and plates. Also the room needs a humidifier , my bed and comforter had so much static electricity that it lit up sparks everywhere when I rubbed it in the dark. Luckily I asked ChatGPT how to solve the problem, and it said it was due to the dry air, and to leave the bathroom door open and run the shower on max at 10min, and also dampen a towel and put that in the bed with you and spray a little water on the sheets and take a hot shower myself, and that solved it, but I’d recommend investing in a humidifier. Also my room overlooked a balcony, so when I opened the window the room filled up with cigarette smoke. I think this hotel has potential, but as a traveler I wouldn’t stay here, better to stay in a guesthouse style...

The room is pretty good, and the breakfast is a little boring, the bed is comfortable, but I don’t understand why the vape, powder from the make over, is gone while I kept it in the bag and I looked for it when I moved to the hotel there was not 1 day before the check out it was still there, and when I checked again because I had moved to the hotel there was none while if it was left it was impossible because I looked again before leaving, then my skincare and my husband ran out even though there was still half and I saw it out😄and the pants that I just bought at the supermarket...

We arrived into a room which had barely been cleaned. The floor was covered in dirt, the bathroom had mud prints on the floor with no towels included, and the bed was made to look clean but the sheets were clearly just re done as they still had people's hair on them. We asked to change rooms and when we moved we found it only slightly less dirty, and whoever painted the rooms did a really bad job. The bathroom, again, was dirty with hair and grimey fixtures hanging loose.
