Reception staff friendly. But deception ensued. Street light giving straight through our window with no blinds to stop it The room was not well ventilated. Very hard bed (likely ok for most people, unless you have experience designing beds)

Good breakfast (this is why my colleague who could stay longer told me) Big deception that it was not possible to get anything for breakfast before 8am. So if you are here for work and start early beware of buying your own breakfast the day...

My husband and I have just spent three nights in this hotel.||||Location: excellent for the old town||External appearance: nothing to write home about||Breakfast: adequate||Staircase: distinctly dispiriting||Room No. 5: a very pleasant surprise. It is light (south side, two windows), calmly decorated and is large - enough space for the travel gubbins from two people and still room to move! The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is also a decent size and has a window. ||Cleaning and maintenance are treated...

POSIZIONE|La posizione é ottima, nel pieno centro di Cesis ed a pochi passi dal castello e dalla piazza centrale e relativi ristoranti. ||STRUTTURA|La struttura, esternamente datata, gode di alcuni parcheggi privati vicino all'ingresso. |L'area della reception e la stanza per la colazione sono state recentemente ristrutturate ed arredate con cura.|La scala che porta ai piani superiori, dove sono situate le camere da letto, sono invece decisamente datate. Ascensore non presente. ||CAMERA|La camera, una matrimoniale, é vecchiotta ma apparentemente pulita e tenuta bene. |Il letto é largo, con due piumoni distinti ed un materasso a molle che ha sicuramente visto tempi migliori. Non posso dire di avere dormito male ma neanche particolarmente comoda. |Il bagno é accettabile, con un'ampia doccia che sarebbe da cambiare (vedere foto) ma per una doccia veloce su può fare (l'acqua calda impiega almeno 5 minuti ad arrivare).|La cosa che ho gradito meno sono stati gli asciugamani: decisamente usurati e ruvidi. |La colazione non offre tantissime scelta rispetto ad altre strutture ma se ci si adatta sicuramente troverete qualcosa di vostro gradimento.||PERSONALE|Il personale è di poche parole ma gentile ed educato. ||CONCLUSIONE|L'hotel può essere un'alternativa per una notte, ma dovessi farne due probabilmente valuterei qualcosa di piú moderno. |Prezzo per una camera matrimoniale, con colazione inclusa, ad Agosto 2017:...
