Elite Hotel and Spa — Hotel in Ras Beirut

I made a booking for my customer from Cyprus he was staying for 2 nights ...his flight was in early morning next day so he paid for 2 nights B&B ....on the first morning i went to pick him up from the hotel he was still having his breakfast so i waited with him on the table and he invited me to have breakfast with him he told me that he wont be having the breakfast for the next day because he is leaving earlier than 7:30 am so he asked the receptionist to serve me the meal for me they said we need to ask the manager one moment...they kept us waiting half hour with no response...then i called the waiter to speak with the supervisor what's the issue he said I'm the supervisor and this request was declined! Why ? He said we are separated from the hotel and i can't serve breakfast for you only day by day... that's the restaurant policy...i told him my customer he paid for 2 days breakfast and he would like to have them today we aren't ask you a free meal !! Then he started to be so rude and kept me with nothing not even a cup of coffee. Anyway talking about breakfast itself a small portion of scrambled eggs, small croissant and and a small piece of cake all worth like 3 $ very cheap hotel and...

The receptionist was very nice yet slightly misinformed. Apparently there is a “VIP package” that costs $20 in addition to the set room price that you pay for online. The receptionist said that the package was optional but you needed it in order to access the pool and gym. We decided to go for it as she said that it gave discounts on the spa treatments available, unfortunately the spa people told us that this was incorrect and that there was no discount so we essentially paid $20 extra for nothing. In addition to this, the blankets, carpet, pillows, and chairs were all stained in a rather disgusting way. The shower is super weak and the water is only warm not hot. Finally, the breakfast was absolutely terrible. You must pay extra for scrambled eggs, juice, or coffees and the available options were all very dry and looked old. I do not recommend staying here unless you are...

I will try to be fair coz i'm so angry and upset Economic status of Lebanon is very tough nowadays Hotel is struggling to keep quality standards Location is excellent .. near Rawsha and sea side Rooms are not bad Breakfast is too cheap just some white cheese, and other stuff but no variety at all👎🏻 to the extent i stopped having breakfast there Some staff members are nice like Mariam and Rana, however they are forced to apply some non-sense policies stated by management 5.For example.. they want to charge you for anything even if a towel is dirty or had a ketchup stain, they say you have to pay for cleaning as they outsource laundry. What!!! I have never experienced this in my life 😡
