"Dvi Sesutės" — Hotel in Palanga

I recently stayed at a rental in Palanga, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. From the beginning, the communication with the hosts was poor. We encountered several issues during our stay, including cleanliness problems and missing amenities that were promised in the listing. When we tried to reach out to the hosts for assistance, they initially ignored our calls and messages. When we finally got through to them, they were extremely rude and unprofessional, even going so far as to tell us to "go NAXUI" during a phone call. This level of hostility and neglect is completely unacceptable for anyone renting out a property. I would strongly advise against booking with these hosts, as their behavior and lack of customer service ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant stay in Palanga.
