Labas Rytas Vila — Hotel in Palanga

We made a 2 nights reservation in expedia and our room suppose to got a private balcony but we never got it. I complained in the front desk but receptionist couldn`t understand my english so well. So,.in our room had only French balcony. Why? There was plenty of rooms available (21) with a balcony and hotel was not fully booked. ||||House keeping had weird habbit visit our room two times doing absolutely nothing???||||Car parking is very narrow and to bigger car might cause troubles.||||Room was very clean and tidy,..also shower||room. Aircondition is a lovelly extra:) Bed was better than average.||||Breakfast was simple but tasty, no hotel bar in this place what might sound peculiar in this size hotel.||||But over all,.location is nice,..i can stay...

This hotel is very simple in decor and stark in nature. There were coffee cups and a pot for heating water in the room but no coffee or tea. When I asked about it, I was told it was not offered but she would give me some - it turned out to be ground coffee (not instant). There are no lotions, shampoo or bar soap in the room - only bath gels which I am not a fan of because it makes the shower so slippery. The room was nonsmoking but it had a small deck you could smoke on. Breakfast was included but it was not all that appetizing. They do have a free parking area...

Hallo . i just been there in july 2019. very good location, simple tasty breakfast,||comfortable parking , minute's walking from the center and above everything is the service.||we got some kind of personal problem and the reception crew just do the best they can to help us. one time it was the manager that help us to arrange something and day after one receptionist that been there in the night shift (her name deimante) just do everything she can to help us to solve a problem.||highly...
