Mana Suites & Sea — Hotel in Palanga

Lovely place in Klaipėda. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is helpful and very kind. There is big private parking which partly belongs to Amberton hotel guests, but you will find place for your car anytime. Breakfast are superior and always fresh. What everybody needs to understand is that hotel Amberton Klaipėda is actualy two hotels! I will explain: There is old building(left side from reception) and the new one(right side from reception). The price difference between these two options is staggering, as as the view inside. The old building was built during soviet times so it is “ancient” and everything inside is :(. I would suggest ten times out of ten to book the room in the new part, since it is nice, modern, looks million times fresher. I could understand people taking room in the old part is only if they are feeling nostalgic and would like to visit soviet era building from inside.

All in all when you will be in the reception ask for the room in “new part”, staff will understand and you will seem extra knowledgable of the hotel ;). If you are booking online, the room option will be named as “seaview number”(all the new building rooms has a seaview).

We were excited to book this place because of all the things it has to offer: a pool area, nice rooms, good location. The reception staff was super nice through and through. We got the basement room, unfortunately, and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, nothing would ever dry, even on the heated towel rack. The pool area was ok, had a small pool with water jets (cool feature), a hot tub with proper temperature water, two saunas. It was very crowded because it was small, but overall, nice and a good getaway from the rainy weather. The breakfast was nice and plentiful, there could have been a better selection of hot dishes, but overall good. The room was NOT as nice as in the pictures, sadly. Really really small, dark and damp. We could not sleep because of the noise from Basanavicius street, blasting music until midnight. The windows are not soundproof. Parking is limited and an issue, also, paid $10 per day. No access to the rooftop hot tub that is advertised. Also, major construction going on downstairs and on the side of the hotel. Overall, ok stay but not worth the price for...

Very good location, perfect room size, we had room with 2 bedrooms and kitchen, all equipment is on high standard. Cozy spa area, clean and tidy. Good choice for breakfast, not the same during a week, hot and cold meals in lithuanian traditions. What could be improved: cars parked just in front of entrance. Would be great if hotel could give move space to people and not cars. People are coming to relax and see more nature, not cars. It is safe place, but one evening few homeless people were seating in front of hotel till late night and were very lound, so we couldn't enjoy seating at balcony. One more, we came by plane and we couldn't bring beach towels with us (5 people). Would be great if hotel would be able to provide it, but they said no, but later gave us just a few and didn't want to change them on a daily basis. Overall I would recommend this hotel to families and couples, and also would come back for sure. Just please be more flexible with your clients as it should be in 4...
