Stay one night in this hotel for a short trip.||||As all the smaller room is fully booked, so i booked an Executive Suite which comes with 1 Queen and 1 Single bed. The room is actually very spacious, if u don't mind sleeping on the floor, there will be no problem for 5 persons to sleep in one room.||||The room has air conditioner, 32' LCD TV, water boiler, one small sofa for two persons, 1 working table and chair. The washroom is quite beautiful and it comes with hot-shower. Overall i'm very happy with the room. But guess what?? The hotel provides two glasses but does not have teaspoon, how can i make my tea / coffee? But nevermind, you can request from the hotel staff.||||There's no high speed broadband provided, but you can use the hotel WIFI, but i cannot accesed the WIFI during my stay in this hotel.||||The location of this hotel is quite good, near the bustling Park City Commercial Centre in Bintulu, you can find almost everything in this area. Bank, fast food restaurant, boutique, bar and the biggest shopping mall of BIntulu is also very near. If you wish to walk around, i think it's better if you have your own vehicle. ||||The hotel does not have buffet breakfast, but don't worry, you won't starved. The hotel itself owned a restaurant called "H-5 Pizza and Pasta Restaurant" which offer local and international cuisine at very affordable price. If you wish to try local food, there's also a coffee shop just besides the hotel which serves local dishes such as kampua and chicken rice.||||If you want to buy any snacks but cannot walk too far...don't worry, there's a petrol station just opposite the hotel and you can buy newpapers, drinks and snacks.||||There are also many parking slot in front of the hotel, so if you are driving yourself, don't bother about the car park.||||There's one thing i am not satisfied with this hotel is the attitude of the hotel staff. From the moment i checked in until i checked out, i was never greeted by them, not even with a single smile. Their faces always look very serious, perhaps i'm a Sarawakian? ||||But overall, i still rate this hotel well despite their lack of friendliness. You may give yourself a try, but i advised you to bring your own vehicle as Bintulu public transport is not very well developed, unless you have very good stamina to...

Read moreWe stayed for 3 days over the Gawai holidays. Hotel staff were friendly and informative in regards to the opening hours of the surrounding eatery.||Upon check in, the first room had a very bad smell. When we complain and request a room change, only then the staff informed us that the smell was from the leaking toilet from the room above.||In both rooms both hotel safe were locked, however the maintenance crew was very efficient in rectifying the defect upon request. Perhaps instructions should be left for the guest to leave the safe unlock upon check out.||Overall the room was cosy and the bathroom good enough for this short stay. However guests with sensitive skin should bring their own toiletries as the soap provided was rather...
