False alarm not handle properly. Visitor left out. Emergency not handle accordingly. Safety of visitor are at stake. Small TV. Television only have few channels mostly chinese channels and only 1 movie channel. The channel sometimes stuck, blur or totally black out. Request for queen bed but given only double single bed. Wifi connections really really really poor slow and useless. Lowest internet package. Room amenities insufficient and need to request too many times. Request in the morning but still late evening did not send to room. Building Very noisy with construction and the drill noise. Male front desk personnel with blonde hair are really rude, impolite and not helpfull at all. The lady at front desk are okay. Aircond not functioning well. Already turn off still keep turned on by itself. To worst the situation, no remote control provided and control module are far from bed or living area and near the front door. Electrical appliances i.e. Aircond, minifridge very noisy even lightiing have buzzing sound. Bed using cheap bed sheet. And pillow totally not comfortable and insufficient. Really not worth for the price. Overall poor service just a room at isolated area. You may consider other hotel such as Fairfield, New World Suites and Golden Bay Hotel are much better and worth...

I just visit to Bintulu town & stay in Green hotel. I booked my room from Agoda with price RM204.52 for 1st night (Deluxe King room at tower 1). I check in quite late (around 9pm) because of my flight schedule. When i arrive my room, my card not able to access the door. So i have to return to receipent for reset my card (take time about 8-10min from room-receipent-room). 1). When i open the door, the room so dark with disgusting smelling. 2). The door chain lock broken. 3). The pillows are smelly and dirty. Like somebody slept there before i check in room and they did not clean the room/change pillow case. I double check with receipent is that possible I change to other room but the staff not allow me to change room. When I prepare to sleep time, i still can hear to music from nearby Bar playing the super loud music at the midnight. On the next day 6:30am I went to restaurants for breakfast, OMG the staff told me that my room number booking under others guest name & request me refer back to receipent for double check. This time, I decided to change the hotel for my family’s stay. I was recommended by a friend to stay at this hotel.

When I first arrived, I noticed that the hotel was integrated with a business complex. Since I was staying during the fasting month, I didn’t visit the nearby shops. However, getting to the hotel’s parking area was quite difficult due to the lack of clear signage. You can park at any parking area in this vicinity. However, you will need to walk a bit farther from the hotel lobby entrance.

The hotel appeared to be new. The lobby was clean, and the reception staff were very welcoming. The room was neat, well-organized, and clean. The mattress provided was very comfortable. I booked a King Deluxe room, which cost around RM200 per night, including tax.

During Ramadan, the hotel provided sahur service instead of breakfast. The restaurant was beautifully designed, clean, and well-organized. The food was delicious and acceptable. I felt that the price I paid for my stay was reasonable, although slightly on the higher side.
