Parkcity Garden Inn — Hotel in Borneo

I'm rather surprised with the service and the quality of the rooms provided by the management of the Parkcity Garden Inn.||||We were down in Bintulu and stayed in this establishment for 3 days. Check in was done rather quick. I made my bookings via email and the reply was swiftly done. ||||I opted for the deluxe room a the price of RM 99.00 per night. The room was rather big, comfy king sized bed with equally comfortable pillows. The toilet was very clean with basic toiletries. The shower has 2 options: rainfall or the conventional shower head. The water pressure was strong and provided a relaxing shower after all the long day. We stayed at the rooms that were facing West side and it was rather hot in the late afternoon. ||||The Inn is situated in the Parkcity Commercial Square and basically everything can be found nearby. Food court, restaurants and many shops.||||Definitely a good option to choose if you're planning to put...

Topping everything is the price that keep you smiling. No fussy check in.Choose your room and you won't regret it. No worries for towing your luggage as there's elevator. It's a modern hotel so its using a card as a key. ;)||Then come the best part..the bedding of course. Asking ME? Of course I'm having a dreamless night..pillows and bed meet my expectations. Cleanliness? It is and daily done. Hot drinks available too. What else...entertainment..ermmmm..not check-in to watch TV right? So..there are tv channels but don't expect more..Wi-Fi is excellent ( maybe slow in some rooms).||Parking is ample but not all yours ;)||Food is all around but not by the inn. Want to know more..go check yourself. Happy...

Not really convinience for wheelchair user, difficult access from parking area to in front of hotel'pathway. There are 2 curbs from parking space. The 1st curb are too narrow. It is better provide a ramp from parking area. No OKU parking provided. Staff not really helpful. They are not even assist in open the door when see I am struggle to push the wheelchair. Wheelchair unable to enter bathroom. The door are small. However,elevator are provided, drinking water machine also provided. The room are clean and comfy. Overall,the price are reasonable, just not OKU friendly,need to do...
