New World Suites — Hotel in Borneo

The hotel located in the city center. Hotel attached to the Parkcity Mall. The place is really convenient because it is very near to shop lot. If you want to buy souvenirs, there a few shop that sell local Sarawak souvenir like kek lapis and kain batik inside the mall. The room is so spacious furnished and equipped with modern furniture. i love the shower big shower head and also the bathroom toiletries are suitable for a business traveler. For Muslim, they provide praying mat and also 'kain sarung' for praying. Iron, safety box is also provided in the room. the nice thing was, the hotel provide welcoming fruits in the room when i checked into the hotel. This is my first time having fresh fruits in the room. the mini bar was available, coffee tea and also kettle. There was also can drinks provided, but i am not sure whether it is free or chargeable if you drink it. The highlight of the hotel i think it is the cafe. I went there for breakfast, a lot of choice to choose from, but the best was the view from the cafe. It was so beautiful looking at the sea when you are having breakfast. Overall my stay in this hotel is awesome and a am looking forward to come to this...

I recently stayed at New World Suites Bintulu, and I’m very satisfied with my overall experience. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything went smoothly and comfortably.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a good night’s rest. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the food quality was excellent. I also appreciated the location, which is very convenient — directly connected to a shopping mall and close to many restaurants and amenities.

Of the hotels that have stood in Bintulu for a while, New World Suites has the upper hand due to its location next to a small neighbourhood mall. It generally maintains its reputation with relatively modern and clean rooms. It probably has the most aesthatically pleasing rooms in the city.

It's buffet breakfast isn't extravagant but probably stands higher than most hotels within Bintulu of its class. The buffet breakfast is served in its only restaurant that has limited seating capacity of approximately 70 people.

New World Suites is probably losing some of its lustre as the new GreensHotel located in the new commercial district now boasts the better location, newer facilities and a lower price. However, it probably retains its image of being the 'classier' hotel in town despite its generally small facilities, which says something about the scale of Bintulu...
