New World Express Motel Bintulu — Hotel in Borneo

The room was big,bed was comfortable..parking a bit difficult.no parking for hotel guest.toilet no bidet.OK la,boleh terima..

BUT

Hotel ni tuduh kami ambil towel kecil (face towel)..sy sendiri pergi check atas balik before check out,ada towel tu kat atas lantai.and they didnt even say SORRY! ingat sy nak sangat ke curi towel buruk hotel korg tu.

The day before ,they cleaned my room without me putting that Cleaning The Room signage.they simply enter.thank god i brought my laptop out with me.

so pls pls pls dont stay here! tats y they charge cheap rm99 per room,but they will really find your 'mistakes' so that u'll pay more.

to that iban cleaner,pls stop kerja sana if u cannot see clearly.kira towel pun salah.

one more thing,bilik sy ada anai anai.pls maintain ur hotel.aircond pun leaking.nasib dia tak tuduh saya nak cuba curi aircond hahah

stayed here for 2 nights during my recent trip to Bintulu. I was here on the first and last day of my trip. This hotel isn't high,only 3 story high. I was assigned room 325 on level 3 on both occasions.

The room was spacious but feels dated. Cleanliness wise, there is room for improvement. The toilet was big but sadly floor was somehow rather slippery. Shower head's pressure was weak. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and air con was cold.

Location wise, pretty near the airport, about a 15mins to 20mins drive away. There is no sign of 7-11 around the vicinity, but there were a few mini mart walking distance away.

Hotel is considered okay for a few...
