Disappointed with the service at My Native (Level 11, Hotel No5)
Visited My Native restaurant recently and was very disappointed with the service. When I first arrived, none of the staff acknowledged me, no greeting, no warm welcome. One female staff member was just sitting by the bar and looking at me in a weird way, and as my friends arrived, we want to moved to another table and we had to ask for assistance to move our table, which should’ve been offered proactively.
After finishing our meal, we were still sitting and chatting when they suddenly brought the bill without us asking. It felt like a subtle way of telling us to leave, which was quite rude and unprofessional.

Read moreThe service was extremely slow. We had to wait far too long before our food arrived, and even getting the staff’s attention took a lot of effort. The atmosphere was fine, but the overall dining experience was disappointing because of the delay. Definitely needs improvement in service speed.
