Motel Kapok — Hotel in Borneo

Clean room, clean bed sheet, got a water heater, glasses provided, tissues, extra table for working to use laptop, matress were clean, bed were a bit stiff which i personally like, lighting were ok, toilets are generally clean but could be better. Worst experience ever, ordered my foodpanda, within 1 minute the rider put my food at the counter and it gone when I reached downstairs, asking the receptionist he said he doesn't know eventho the rider provides the photo and it clearly the receptionist is there siting on the counter, asking to see cctv he said only the boss can see it or make a police report.. worst service ever, will not go there again,...

THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL/INN/MOTEL IVE EVER KNOWN..THE SERVICE WAS REALLY REALLY BAD..THE CONDITION ALSO REALLY BAD. ITS LOOK LIKE A STORE ROOM TO ME. I RECOMMEND TO JUST CLOSE THE BUSSINESS.
