There's 2 ways to order this. The soupy version where everything is in it or the semi deconstructed version where you get the dry mee individually and the soup separated in another bowl.
I suggest you get the deconstructed version where you can get 2 distinct different taste for the price of one. The dry noodles are tasty, delicious salty oily gravy and smells great. It looks plain but looks can be deceiving. Good enough to be eaten alone to be honest.
The soup is yummy. Comes freshly cooked (that's why there's a little wait but worth it) and steaming hot. Contains the famous pork slices, liver, intestine, meatball with self extra ordered kidney. That there's absolutely no offal smell is testament to the incredible preparation done to it before cooked and served to you.
The tender pork slices are incredible and that itself is reason to try this dish. Tender, soft and fresh, the meat near literally melts in your mouth with minimal chewing needed. Superb and worth the recommendation to come here.
