OYO 43960 Laksamana Executive & Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Borneo

Very poor room service. When I want to borrow their iron, I need to take it by my on and return to them immediately at the counter. At this time, the person in charge for room services only watch video in Facebook and did not want to come to my room to take back the iron. The staff also was not polite when talking with us.

The room was very bad. It full of dust. Water heater filled with water when I just check in the hotel. There was no shower. The room service was not conducted even when I stay for 3 days. The room service staff was the one that make this hotel look very bad. I rated this hotel as Inn. Not as hotel. Very pricey and not...

I mean, it's cheaper than a standard hotel. I'll list the pros and cons so you can decide :) I'm a bit of a germaphobe myself, so I might be a bit harsh :( PROS: cheap in walking distance to shops clean sheets at least a TV a sufficient amount of plugs okay-ish/friendly-ish staff there's shampoos CONS: there's no 'flush' for the toilet sink's not tight, water is dripuping, so water is stagnant there's no windows (someone could climb into our room lol) you can't control the a/c no drinks, but there are cups the wooden floor is broken towels have holes in them, but I guess they're usable stained...

Friendly staff. I think almost it staff is Malay. Location is greed because near to Pasar Tanjung.walking by around 3- 5 minutes. The room just basic but good enough. At beside this hotel got the best roti canai in tawau, restoran azura if im not mistaken. Be careful book this hotel by Agoda or Booking. Mine is been cancel because the hotel said their is wrong price with the Apps and we need to pay new amount price to hotel and get the refund to the Agoda.
