Very Poor service Sorry to say.. I went there at 8.55 pm.. Ordered caramel macchiato & they said coffee station closed..I asked why so early..they replied “we want to clean the ‘gas trap’ what so ever I’m not sure..but for sure what I knew was the big longkang at the back which filtered the dirty access..Then ordered milky tea + chicken popcorn & AGAIN they said kitchen closed already..Why most of the menu failed to serve??Cleaning or any other thing must be done after closing is it?How they serve customer also with moody face 🥵

To be honest, There's few place of Tealive in tawau and I've tried all of it, the good one is in kubota and bataras...

this one however, taste really plain for the drinks (I ordered the choc mint with pudding) they gave so little pudding compared to few places, like why can't you follow the other?

I also ordered the carbonara Mac n cheese, but this one is "you get what you buy" type, cz I think it's either frozen or packed.

please fix your drink...

Don't come to this place! It's too bad to drink!!! The fruit smoothie has no fresh fruit at all, it's all syrup. Six staff members made a few cups of smoothie and wasted 30...
