Happened Today 13 March 2023:
Bad review, staff is very unprofessional? It's best if you change your staff to a better one. Please educate your staff to be more professional in the food and beverage work field.
I’m standing in front the restaurant wait for the staff to serve us about 3-5m.. cause we saw the restaurant was full and some of the table had not been cleaned. Yet no staff come, then I call one girl and she said “KEJAP, SAYA BUSY!! (Dgn nada kurang ajar and don’t even see our face when talk)” SO RUDEEEE! I still calm at this moment coz don’t want to cause any problem.
When I ask a girl who’s wearing hijab. To tapaukan makanan, then we’ve wait a couple minutes, I stand and ask the other staff “ms tapau tadi dah ready?” She point her finger to the kitchen area said “TU TAPAU” (tapau kosong) (dengan nada yang kurang ajar juga).
And I ask again politely.. even I know the staff already KURANG AJAR, “tadi ada minta staff tapaukan sdh ada ms?” Staff - “KEJAP MS, 3 ORANG PEKERJA SEMUA BUSY NI, SAYA PUN BUSY!!!” at the point where my patience has run out🤬. “SAYA TANYA SAHAJA KAN SUDAH TAPAU KA BELUM” I repeat this again and again. Then just walk away from the restaurant.
Next time, staff can said more politely: “Ms maaf ya boleh tunggu sekejap, saya cek table yang kosong”. “Ms maaf ya kekurangan staff harini, boleh tunggu sekejap nanti saya hantar settle tapaukan”.
Even me as a business owner, when it comes to communicate with client, speak in a polite tone using appropriate words. Whether with customers or other people, be polite. Manners are reflection of yourself.
To the owner, please educate your staff ATTITUDE in field of (customer service).

Read moreWe came by this place by 3:50 p.m. The restaurant was presumably small from my perspective, I mean there was an outdoors area with art which added some points for atmosphere. There were already some people dining there, maybe more than the average amount? The hand-washing sink is at the back corner, outdoors area. I ordered Daging Rica + Nasi and Milo Tabur but I replaced it with Iced Lemon Tea, No Milo, out of stock. They ordered other stuff I would not mention. We ate, we ate, we ate spicy, we drank, we tried. 25 minutes passed, and the food was PHENOMENAL. My dish was cut beef drenched in broth with a lot of ingredients, toppings and seasonings. Read moreThe ayam panggang sambal is still my all-time favourite here. I used to come often for lunch and you still need to come early because it gets full pretty fast. Food is still good and consistent. They no longer use the wooden plate with the paper layer which used to add some nice presentation. There are more staff now and they were friendly during my recent visit. Parking is still quite difficult during peak hours.
