Save your sanity and go somewhere else.
1-2 of the 4 elevators in each building are non-functional at all times All 4 of the elevators in each building are on separate circuits, so you need to press every button to get an elevator. Then you get on a full elevator and it stops at almost every single other floor because of buttons pressed by people who already got on another elevator. Because of the previous two points, most of the elevators that actually come to your floor are full before you even get on, so you have to wait for another. You typically end up spending 20-30 WHOLE MINUTES every time you go up or down. It's a nightmare. The internet room has a sign on the door indicating that the AC has been "under repair" for 4 months. There are several children's pools, and only one is open. For some reason the rest are not functional. The game room, which is the new de-facto internet room, only has half the AC units working, so it's still pretty warm. The AC remotes for all of the shared spaces are impossible to locate. The running track could have been awesome - it could have gone around the whole floor - but they made it so small that it's ridiculous to actually run on it. The hallways in each floor are dark. There are airways to the outside, but they're at the center of each floor, so the ends of each floor get no light or cross-breeze. (this can never be fixed because they build apartments all around the ends, so don't buy a unit here.) Since the floors have the smallest amount of outdoor exposure, and since it would take too long to use the elevator to go down, the neighbors smoke in the halls. But since there really aren't that many air holes, all of the smoke just blows inside of the hallway. Most of the units throughout the building are under renovation, so there's a constant sound of drilling in concrete. You can tell it's a permanent hallmark of the complex because 1. they've got construction debris dumpsters outside of each building, and 2. each hallway and all of the walls are coated in construction dust.
All it all just a crappy, crappy building. It's new, but the builders didn't plan very well and they don't fix anything, ever.
EDIT: I just wanted to say that all of you writing bad reviews about the developer, you should band together and seek legal action. You paid for complete units and that's not...
Read moreThis is a combination of serviced apartments booked through AirBNB/ usual hotel booking sites and owner occupied residences consisting of two tower blocks.||Pre- check in prep seemed alright. Your phone number is added to their WhatsApp business account. A PDF of the check in instructions is sent through WhatsApp. This contains an additional numerical keypad code for entry and the WiFi password.cant recall if the check in instructions included a comment about parking- if you have parked, you will have to pay for parking, exit the building, and repark using their keycard to benefit from “free” parking. ||Checkin process: Awful. Ok wait, awful if something goes wrong and you are in Tower Block B as the receptionist is in Tower A. This means that you will have to wait for the lift, exit the tower and walk about 100m to Tower A (imagine doing this if you have kids/ or if you have your luggage and are travelling alone/ or are checking it at night) . See also other comments about the lift issues.||Living areas: clean on check in and of a high standard. No consideration for climate change though. Occupants can leave all appliances on and it really should be key card activated. Big tv screen with a selection of streaming apps pre-loaded.||Kitchen- well stocked with required equipment. |Loved the water cooler/ hot water dispenser (volume adjustable)||Combined toilet and shower area: shower could get toilet bowl wet, impacting use for another as not divider. Door needs to be replaced||Balcony: houses a washing machine, but no drying rack or dryer. No dry cleaning facilities onsite. ||Perhaps, the most tragic of all, is the leak affecting gym equipment and stairs- images posted. Having said that, the gym leak rivals the unhygienic shower facilities that are not regularly cleaned. Walked in to a cubicle containing a used sanitary liner on the floor; and the other- a used condom. The cleaners’ log look like a...
Read moreOn the 12th of March 2025 I had a really long day, whoever the team urban staycation is, y'all lack of PROFESSIONALISM. Long story short I paid the deposit and I sent them the receipt and they thought my receipt was "fake" because the time isn't right which I had no damn idea why that happened. There is so much misunderstanding between us because I don't really understand their English that's why I switched to mandarin, I can tell they are Chinese by how they type English. Shout-out to Linn who accused me of scamming which I don't understand the logic in this, then she claims she handled issues like this many times uhm congratulations? I was so offended by her that day u can't just accuse your customer like this. choo han checked the system I indeed already paid for the deposit and guess what they insist me to send the "REAL" receipt first then they will send me the room unit. I cant even ask my dad for the transaction cuz we were too busy doing our job, by the time we done with the job it is already 7pm. When it's time to check in but they still didn't send the room unit I had no choice so i spam the group chat until they finally send the room unit Lastly about the manager or the management.
