What a disappointed dinner for my mum birthday celebration.

Super small portion of food. Each person not even can enjoy 1 small piece of fried chicken and fried squid.

The steam lemon la-la was dry and tasteless . Either not fresh or over cook.

The worst meankam I ever had. All ingredient mix together. I admit that it's convenient but the taste really bad and lost the meaning of eating mean kam . The leaf was too old and too dry too .

Kian Som steam fish. Very simple theory, one tiny little candle really can't heat up the steam fish. The fish was cold from the beginning to the end. The strong taste of kian som soup base really cannot cover the tasteless fish. The fish defitenitely not fresh catch from sea. It's either from fish pond or not fresh.

The best thing of this restaurant. Foc eat all u can ice cream ,unfortunately they only offer 2 unpopular flavor which my mom don't like at all.

I really regret I didn't drive to teluk kumbar and Choosen this restaurant to celebrate my mom birthday. Definitely won't visit this...

This venerable Thai restaurant has thrived for years, serving as a testament to the consistently delightful dining experiences it offers. It showcases a rich array of Thai cuisine, with each dish bursting with familiar, vibrant flavors. However, it teeters on the brink of true culinary distinction, lacking the uniqueness to elevate it from merely excellent to truly transcendent. While the culinary offerings transport you to the heart of Thailand, the ambiance does not mirror this journey. The setting lacks the quintessential Thai elements that typically embrace you upon entering a Thai restaurant. The prices offer a nod to accessibility, making this culinary destination a beacon for those seeking quality without extravagance. The quest for parking during the restaurant's bustling peak hours can be...

We were at the khun di batu lanchang on the 2nd day of Chinese New Year 2024. Firstly i like to say the sevice n food was good except for the prices which was very ridiculous. We 3 of us had 4 dishes and paid rm 213.A small plate of egg with chak hom which was Rm 21.60 ,a small plate of chicken with basil was Rm 19 20 and small plate Brussels sprout was Rm 16.80 and lastly the steam fish was Rm 118. A few bowls of rice. The prices are way to high for such a small portions. I personally feel its a rip off and would advise to you to check the prices before you order. Its either the owner became very greedy over the festive period and i find it a rip off. We ended up with unhappy bill of Rm 213 which is not worth it. Overall the staff and...

Moment of truth. Service good and waitress is courteous. Food is too salty and portion is too way too small and not impressive at all to be considered as authentic Thai food. Honestly its overated as we came here thru one of google's review. Kinda dissapointed coz even juices and dessert are blant. Too bad. Well probably its good for others but not for me i guess. As usual another man's food is another man's poison. However wont recommend for big group of friends or families as the portion is truly small....and most of all the dishes are not truly authentic Thai food. I highly recommend Wang Thai instead.😅Anyway gotta be grateful for a meal.

I'm happy to say that this restaurant is back to providing it's original taste and that is very good! The food is freshly made and prepared on the spot, taste is authentic and packs a real flavorful combination of aroma and fragrance. In particular, the otak otak was great with seafood and cooked with fresh basil leaves, such an excellent combination of spices together. Lastly the plum sauce steam fish had a very strong sour and slightly spicy taste, I almost took a spoon to keep drinking the gravy like it's a soup. Come here for a good and reasonable priced meal, remember to make a reservation before coming here.
