Service need to be improvised. When you serve vegetarian banana leaf the main thing is the curry you serve and vegetables items. Imagine yourself being vegeterian and theres no sambar/curry or other food items hasn't not been served in the set meal order,upon asking with crew they mentioned its finished,one should be honest with their customer regarding food they serve.Why waitres wasnt bothered to inform to the customer while taking orders.Dont let customer to approach regarding missing items in set of meal,so unprofessional It happened to me for second time. When food items are finished do update to us so that we could suggest other orders,basic ethics. When you walk into any mamak restaurant's u pay for what you have taken,here price is fixed but when food items you serve in a meal set are finished/missing (didnt serve as per food menu). You people dont bother to report to customer but still charging same amount of money.each penny we spend need to be served Worthly. another issue, communication error in taking orders ,the waiters has to be concern/ pay attention in taking orders cant be asking the customer to repeat orders repeatedly even after 10- 20mins later. (Encountered same incident couple of times quite irritating at times). Couple of times,I saw one guy in black shirt seem to be handling food without hand gloves/with bare hands,hygenic matters too. We had lunch at your restaurant recently, and while I want to commend the delicious flavors of the food, I did find the prices to be a bit on the higher side for the portion sizes offered. It’s a bit challenging to justify the expense given the smaller servings, especially when compared to other places where I find the value to be better.

I truly believe that your restaurant has great potential, and I kindly ask you to consider my feedback as a way to enhance the dining experience for your customers. Maintaining a balance between quality and quantity could make a significant difference. I hope my comments are taken constructively in the spirit of supporting your wonderful establishment.

Went here for a quick luck well past lunch hours so them having less fresh items was acceptable but what i’m annoyed with, is the fact that the dishes just lacked flavour. Served us watermelon juice which tasted like the watermelon was left out for a long period of time and the lime juice replacement was subpar as well. The puri was really really airy and a little too thin to my liking but in terms of taste, it was good. We also ordered Masala Tea but it tasted a little too sweet and the milk they used was a little over boiled. Though my first experience here was disappointing, the staff there were on the ball and helpful and they even waved off the watermelon juice which we reported for tasting odd.
