LS Hotel — Hotel in Johor

I would have chosen 0 star if I could! I’ve read the reviews on the staff attitude however when I checked in the hotel, the China lady wasn’t rude to me (not sure if it’s cuz I speak Chinese). There are v few reviews on cleanliness. My experience; I was greeted w 2 cockroaches upon entering the room!!! My greatest fear is cockroach and luckily my bf is there to kill it for me. Went down to the front desk and asked if I could change room, and she said there are no available rooms to change unless I top up 200RM for a bigger room which we did not want as it’s a waste of money for 1 night. She asked me why did I want to change and I told her I saw 2 cockroaches , she was not surprised at all! Even told me ‘I believe your words as I’ve come across cockroaches too. Please don’t leave anyt w nice smell in the room else the cockroach will be attracted to it.’ Hello!! Did your cleaner even clean the room? Tempat penggantung baju in the almari is already broken when we checked in. Our mistake for not taking the picture or call the receptionist as that time is already 10pm and we had a long journey from KL. We just want to rest. upon checking out we were charged rm20 because that thing was broken. Even after explaination the chinese lady insisting to charge us rm20. Stupid. It is okay. Will definitely not coming to this place again. And good luck for your future if you keep doing your customer like this. My stay was for 3D2N. The receptionist varies, but if you get the chinese lady then you are in luck. She is friendly and very helpful. Room was very satisfactory. you get what you paid for, but most importantly it was CLEAN. That is my number one priority with any travel accomodation, and this place fulfilled it. Air conditioning is working fine, TV is good, hairdryer provided, toilet has sufficient toiletries provided ( towels, handtowels, toothbrush, soap, shampoo). Soundproofing is quite bad here, but it is a quiet area, away from the main road and facing a less used road at the back. Recommended...
