If you are done with your shopping is there is also a food court next to it the served variety of local food. Worst Experience Ever

We shop here every week. On 20/1/25 at 7:40 PM, we took an item from the 50% section, but the cashier said the discount would only apply at 8 PM. I asked to cancel the item, we can wait until 8 PM since the food was not fresh anymore. We told the cashier it was fine if we didn’t get the item; we could leave after canceling. The cashier said the item couldn’t be canceled because it had already been scanned. I asked four times, “Cannot cancel? How is it not possible to cancel an item if we don’t want to buy it?” After my husband came, I decided it was fine to proceed with the payment, and we would clarify the issue at customer service. Suddenly, the cashier said the item could be canceled. He also asked twice why we wanted to go to customer service. After making the payment, I went to customer service to provide feedback. Conclusion: • Please do not display items in the 50% section before 8 PM. It causes unnecessary frustration for customers. • Take customer feedback seriously. Bad experience in here First parking without shelter in customer service entrance. Rain heavy when finish shopping I left my grocery and run with carry my baby go inside car first Then I park my car nearby shelter cross road so i can put my groceries and faster go inside the car But totally disappointed is And a aeon worker malay lady knock my car windows USING HER KEY ! Super hard ! Knock it hard that told me to move my car But i cannot move because in front of my car , got alot car block my way to move out And she knock again hard and show her fierce face and said faster move !!
