Bili Bili Garden Bar — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Terrible service and food. I won’t visit for 2nd time. Visit this place first time for my friend’s birthday dinner. This place is having limited parking spot, so you can only park at road side. Good environment with live band however the performance is bad and wrong lyrics for few songs. We ordered plenty of food at around 7.30pm, took almost an hour to get some of our food. I ordered cheesy pagiata chicken chop, and it’s delayed. Complaint to the manager up to 3 times, there is no update until 9pm. The most terrible thing is some of my friends ordered later than mine, already served to our table, and yet after 3 times of complaint no update for my order ! At the end, I cancelled the food, and decided to go for other place for my “dinner”. This is very bad experience, can’t imagine if I bring my family to this place and wait for almost 2 hours with this kind of experience. My friends shared me some of their food, and the fish and chips come with a lot of flour, well…. The food is pricey though, ice lemon tea for rm10, not really budget and price friendly venue if you really want come here for chicken chop or fish and chips. I think the owner should seriously think about the food order process first rather than promotions...

Oh. My. God. SERIOUSLY, owner?!

I visited this evening, and out of nowhere, it started pouring. The dining area had NO side cover, so rain started sprinkling in—until we literally had to STOP EATING and huddle in a corner just to avoid getting soaked.

Fine, it’s a rainy day, whatever. But then the owner moves us to another section with a timber blind to block the rain. And guess what? Instead of serving us fresh food like any decent establishment would, THEY JUST MOVED OUR RAIN-SOAKED FOOD OVER AND CONTINUED SERVING IT. Are you kidding me?!

Oh, but it gets worse. The waitress—completely clueless—picked up our drinking cups and just dumped them on the new table, leaving us to figure out which cup belonged to who. Like, excuse me?! Who in their right mind would keep eating food that’s been rained on?! But apparently, this restaurant thinks that’s totally fine.

SERIOUSLY? HELLO?! SERIOUSLY?! This is beyond disgusting. Despite very expensive price and just taste averagely.

If you are reading this review, strongly recommend changing another restaurant for...

Been here for both their lunch and dinner.

For lunch, their curry mee was especially delicious, one of a kind. Nasi lemak was good too. Reasonable price with a substantial portion, around rm12-14. With the quality, I'd say it's worth it.

For dinner, a variety of options. Western, grilled fishes, skewers. Loved their chicken picatta and Sabah fish. Very fresh fish. Price is reasonable for their food & quality.

Beautiful, jungle-styled environment. Chill & relaxing. I've also noticed that there's been a lot less mosquitoes lately. Nice place for family gathering or a beer meetup with friends. Livebands were absolutely amazing. If I'm not mistaken, they come at every Saturday & Sunday night.

Staff and servers were attentive & polite. Greeted us every time we came and provided us with complimentary warm water.

Overall, great ambience, brilliant food & excellent service. Wonderful place. Definitely...
