One Avenue Hotel @Balakong — Hotel in Kajang Municipal Council

Booked for 1 night. No private parking here, just the normal parking where you need to pay through flexiparking app. The light reflector in the bathroom suddenly dropped just 10 minutes after i entered my room. It was scary 😭. The room was clean in my opinion but the aircond was a bit slow in cooling the temperature in the room. It's an old air-conditioner. There were 2 towels, 2 bottled water, a water heater, a television, sejadah for muslims, and hangers. It's self check-in and out. You pay RM50 deposit using the same check in out...

Old hotel but very well maintained. Near to some new malls under construction with plenty of eatery all around within walking distance with choice of Halal and non Halal.

The people working there are courteous and friendly, rooms are kept clean and hardly any odours along the corridor as well.
