Secret Recipe @ GM City, Klang — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

I ordered for Golden crispy chicken chop. When I cut the chicken I can see black spots in it. I thought it was just a bit only. Since I was very hungry I tried continue eating eat. Then only I realised whole chicken it’s an old chicken. Many more parts in it was black in colour as in the first pictures u can see. If I ordered black pepper chicken then I would understand it’s is pepper. But it’s not pepper chicken considered old chicken frozen fried n given to the customer. The second picture obviously u can see the tomato has many black spot on it n it’s spoiled, still they prefer to server the customer. My vanilla mocha drink looks gud but the taste horrible no sugar at all. Only blended ice cube I can feel when I drink. Terrible service n many more gud luck for this type of Secret Recipe branches to be open who don’t care about customer’s health. No concern in providing quality...

Having Lunch here with my friends on 8/12/2020 the food was good but the staff were so rude especially an Indian girl waitress very kurang ajar since we were entering the shop taking the temperature rudely and what not...please take note and action ya if the management was good you should trained your staff more what a shame..I had been dine in secret recipe restaurant all over the KL and Selangor this was my first experience dealing with this kind of attitude in your franchise and for the waitress if you taknak kerja give someone else la (kerja macam taknak kerja) huh... again we totally dissapointed..the other waitress i salute for their professionalism and...

Staff not welcoming at all ,when the food is ready, Staff play the phone and does not send the order directly to the table. when we finish eating the main course about 30minute , The shinjuku bake that I ordered still hadn't arrived , I ask the staff about it while they are talking and joking around the staff give an excuse there was only one oven ..
